Improved Outcomes For Children (IOC)
Improved Outcomes for Children, a series of reforms for Foster Care and Preventive Services, was announced by the Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) in March 2007. These reforms are intended to improve the results achieved by ACS and the private agencies under contract to ACS which provide Foster Care and Preventive Services.
